IT Support Officer

 One of the leading Textile based company is Looking for an "IT Support Officer" to join our IT Department. Candidates having Bachelor’s degree in IT along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and peripheral devices.
· Installations & Maintenance of Windows & Basic Software.
· Troubleshoot basic software & hardware errors.
· Management of All IT Equipment. Printers & Scanner.
· Maintain inventories of hardware and software
· Configure domain account, printer, file sharing and email accounts.
· Ensure regular maintenance of user computer as per IT policies and work instructions.
· Provide technical assistance for audio and video conferences.
· Assist in the deployment of network infrastructure and troubleshoot basic network / issues.

Qualification: Graduation Degree in IT Field.
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
