Seeking a hardworking and overachieving fresh graduate for Financial Empowerment of Women Entrepreneurs for Peace Building Project, in collaboration with the United States Institute of Peace.
As part of this project, we will be conducting trainings across Sindh and Baluchistan, so you must be a travel enthusiast. As well as a detailed 6 month Business Development Support Program (BDSP). Both activities will have marginalized women artisans and home-based entrepreneurs as target beneficiaries; empathy and curiosity are a compulsory criteria.
Your official title will be Learning Strategist, with your duties being curriculum design, creating learning pathways for each independent business for the BDSP, monitoring and assessing learning pre, during, and post activities. Flexibility and openness to pitching in other arenas is required!
Preference given to those with a background in Education or Project Management, but any who feel excited and qualified for this opportunity are free to apply.
