We are Australian based company, We are looking NCA/Architectural engineering/or similar graduate from reputed organizations with good exposure and some experience in building and construction.
We will train to understand house construction in Australia which is similar to Europe and USA/Canada.
The positions are work from home, working hours would be from 3.00 Am till 10:00 Am (Pakistan Standard Time) to Suite Australian Standard Eastern time (Sydney/Melbourne)
Responsibilities include:
1. Project management of existing projects at various stages, document and report issue.
2. Liase with subcontractors putting up schedule of works.
3. Documentation
4. Report progress on daily bases for all sites.
5. Coordination, acting as a hub.
6. Building new procedures and policies.
7. Reporting issues.
8. Complaint handling.
9. Strong follow-up skills to chase subcontractors for works.
10. Defect documentation.
You shall be given IP based Australian number to operate and get in contact with all parties.
You would need to have an isolated room with no noise in background.
Fast DSL connection with UPS/battery backup/Generator to ensure that internet does not disrupt at any time.
Laptop/Computer and should be available for audio video conferencing.
Must have exceptional spoken English specially the ability to understand Australian accent.
Fresh graduates with excellent English skills are encouraged to apply. IELTS would be an advantage
Training shall be provided.
Starting Salary PKR 70,000 during training. After training PKR125,000
