- 06-10 years of relevant experience
- Must have experience in managing international remote companies
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing key HR functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and supporting the overall strategic objectives of the company. Your primary focus will be on managing Performance, setting and ensuring KPIs are being achieved, and HR activities while coordinating with teams in Pakistan, Chicago, and Turkey. You will play a critical role in overseeing employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a multinational or remote work environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, local labor laws, and regulations in Pakistan.
- Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations and drive positive change.
- Strong understanding of performance management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with remote teams.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
