Job description:
-Payroll processing
-Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
-Keep and maintain all records of employee hiring, leaves, transfers, appraisals, promotions, advances, loans, and resignations.
-Receive employee complaints and act accordingly to resolve them.
-Annual performance appraisal activity and be involved in the promotion and Increment activity.
-Assisting HR Lead in operational activities
-Any task assigned by HOD.
Qualification: Bachelor's
Experience: 1 - 2 years preferably in retail brand
Location: Site area, Karachi
