We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispatch Sales Executive to join our team for U.S Truck Dispatch Campaign. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by Cold-Calling and developing and managing relationships with truck companies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with truck companies, dispatchers, and owner-operators.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and cold-calling potential clients.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of dispatch services.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in dispatch sales, preferably in the trucking industry Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to network effectively
Ability to understand and analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field preferred.
