Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our IT company. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting the best candidates for our company’s technical positions. You will work closely with our hiring managers and HR team to identify and attract top talent, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and professional networks
Review resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company
Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely and informative communication throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future recruitment needs
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the IT industry
Proven ability to source and attract top talent through various channels and methods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and staffing
Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing
