(𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

Graduation / MBA preferred

·        𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 2-3 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 Export / International Business Department operations of 𝐏harma / Manufacturing Companies

Job Description:

·        Command on SAP S4 Hana (SD Module)

·        Preparation of all kinds of documents for shipment

·        Preparation of N.O.C. on DRAP portal

·        Dealing with Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chamber of Commerce, City Court and Embassies regarding attestation of documents

·        Coordination with marketing team for their routine requirements such as folders, samples and promotional material for dispatch

·        Command on calculation of CBM for FCL/LCL shipments

·        Inspect and dispatch the shipment under his supervision

·        Dealing with clearing and forwarding agent

·        Coordination with the supply chain for forecasting and regular supplies

·        Preparation of monthly In-Market & Ex-Factory unit wise sales of all operational countries

·        Preparation of weekly and monthly sales loss

·        Preparation of In-market & Ex-Factory product unit wise sales of all operational countries

·        Maintaining Ledgers and Payment follow up from Distributors and Finance department

·        Preparation shipment expenses report

·        Coordination with the all concern departments for process & completion of Export orders

·        Look after the primary operation of all operational countries.

·        Assist to Business unit head in all assigned task.
