Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute sales plans and strategies that drive revenue growth and increase the market share of products.
-Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform sales and marketing strategies.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product availability, pricing, and promotions are aligned with company goals and customer needs.
-Manage relationships with key customers, such as distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, to ensure that their needs are met and that they are fully supported in selling products.
-Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and developing professional growth plans.
-Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales strategies and tactics, using data and insights to continuously improve results.
-Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry, including regulatory and legal requirements.
-Willingness to travel as needed.
