Job Title: ITSM Executive
Job Description:
We are urgently looking for ITSM executives with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT service management processes and tools, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of IT services, and supporting IT operations.
Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain ITSM processes and tools, such as incident management, change management, and problem management.
Monitor and manage IT service requests and incidents to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
Provide support for IT operations, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Assist in IT asset management and configuration management activities.
Maintain documentation related to ITSM processes and procedures.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in ITSM or related field.
Strong understanding of ITSM principles and best practices.
Familiarity with ITSM tools and technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
ITIL certification or other relevant certifications would be a plus.
