𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Infrastructure Support Engineer
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Islamabad
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelor’s CE/CS
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 1-3 Years

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
> Installation and configuration of computer hardware, OS, and applications of different combinations/environments for development teams.
> Excellent troubleshooting skills for installed applications/software conflicts, and system or network-related issues.
> Having good knowledge of Wireless APs, configuration, and troubleshooting, Domain Network roles & rights, DNS & DHCP Servers.
> Strong understanding of the OSI Model and knows end-to-end communication mechanism.
> Strong troubleshooting skills for different Operating Systems and applications e.g., different Windows versions, Linux, MAC OSX, iOS, and Android.
> Require working knowledge of Database and Web Servers on Windows and Linux platforms.
> Dealing with imaging devices such as photocopiers, printers, and scanners.
Implement and maintain corporate policies at the device level.
> Understanding of Server hardware and network peripherals.
Knowledge of VMs architecture and their provisioning/maintenance.
> Require understanding and good knowledge of cloud computing including Microsoft Azure Services, Microsoft 365, and Azure DevOps.
> Microsoft Windows Defender, Microsoft Intune, etc.
> Coordination & follow-up with vendors from quote gathering to procurements.
> Support & maintain other Infrastructure items like UPS, Genset, working environment, etc.
> Research and sampling of new tools & technologies as instructed.
> Quick learner and can efficiently output for parallel assignments.
> Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
