Web Developer - Islamabad

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer to join our team.

Person specification:

• Leading on the overall direction and execution of our front and back-end platform strategy.
• Mainly responsible for developing and maintaining Web App based on React/Next.js.
• Responsible for PC, H5, interactive implementation and performance optimization.
• Research and improve the product, optimize the user experience of the product, compatible with various browsers and performance optimization.
• Research and improve the product, optimize the user experience of the product, compatible with various browsers and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to efficiently complete product data interaction and dynamic data presentation.
• Need to master most of the technology stack we use: React/create-next-app/react-router/Next.js / Node.js backend development experience, Strapi, Klaviyo, Shopify.

Job Requirements:

• An exceptional full-stack engineer, and an experienced technical strategist with demonstrated experience in a similar role.
• A growth mindset and a desire to lead on ambitious best-in-class projects.
• A meticulous approach to writing maintainable and high quality code that is understandable for others to pick up.
• Someone who thrives with a high degree of autonomy, but who is able to successfully collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders and team members as required.
• The ability to explain complex work and ideas to non-specialists
