Job Description

1) Manage E-diary, accessing priority of appointment

2) Maintain director's office system, including data management 

3) Maintain PR of director

4) Research on topics relevant to business & current affairs and suggest actionable items

5) Prepare briefing papers, reports & presentations for director

6) Organize meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers, prepare MOM

7) Secretarial & administrative support to chairman & family support

8) Ensure protocol arrangements
