A fast growing British Ed-Tech start-up is looking for an IT Executive for its Karachi office (DHA Phase II- Extension). The person appointed will be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of all IT infrastructure and systems as per the requirements, specifications and timelines.

Job description:

• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows and Mac platforms
• Regularly evaluate IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
• Assisting with network administration tasks.
• Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
• Resolving all IT systems and software issues
• Supporting day-to-day operations of the overall computer network.
• Installation and Management of security systems and PABX networks
• Assist with management of website and other social media platforms

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 – 3 years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate with any computer science related diploma
• Experience with data & reporting.
• Hands-on experience in providing user end support, troubleshooting OS related issues, high-performance computing solutions, system hardening and optimising workload performance.
• Skilful at backups and recovery.
• Hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel is must.

Skills:

• Microsoft Office 365 (Complete)
• SQL
• Data Analytics
• Familiarity with SQL workflow and ERP systems
