Education : MBA/BBA-HR
Experience
4-5 yrs experience at same level preferably with textile industry.
Location : Multan
Key Responsibilities
• Handle the recruitment process for sites.
• Work closely with site team to develop work force plan.
• Monitor employee engagement in order to introduce ways to build morale, boost engagement and manage retention.
• Implement performance Management system at site.
• Arrange Town Hall Meetings to have general feedback and to identify the areas of improvement in the system to increase the organizational productivity.
• Implement the HR policy & procedures and local laws at Site.
• Coordination with Head Office HR team for succession planning of key position at Site.
• Keep on eye on surroundings Textile Mills and have update comparison with them for strength, Compensation & Benefits
