Position Title: Customer Relation Officer

Qualification: Bachelors 

Experience: 2-3 relevant experience

Gender: Male/Female

Location: Head Office, Lahore.


Job Description:

·      Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.

·      Follow communication “script” when handling different topics.

·      Identify customers ‘needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/ or alternatives, implementing solutions, escalate unresolved problems.

·      Looking after the quality assurance and process evaluations.

·      Daily performance report and daily complaint report.

·      Shipments delivery verifications at courier contact person.

·      Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra miles.

·      Keep record of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

·      Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

·      Keep equipment operational by following established procedures, reporting malfunctions.

Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
