National Clearing Company Pakistan Limited (NCCPL) is looking for Assistant Manager – Human Resources | HR Generalist
REQUISITES:
Education: BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management from HEC recognized institution
Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience as HR generalist.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
*Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open vacancies in collaboration with line department.
*Performs employee onboarding and new hire orientation.
*Assist in learning and development initiatives and plan activates for all employees in line with the training calendar.
*Actively involved in employee engagement activities and conducting employee surveys.
*Assist in the process of annual objective setting and performance management.
*Assist in automation and digitalization of HR procedures as per best market practices.
*Assist Line Manager/Head in daily operational and strategic tasks related to HRM.
Required Skills:
*Knowledge of MS Office and HRIS Systems.
*Good understanding of HR Policies.
*Familiarity with applicable Labor Laws.
*Excellent people management skills.
*Interpersonal and communication skills.
*Self-driven and supportive team player.
Location: Karachi
