𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
· Responsible for inventory valuation, analysis, aging and costing.
. Coordinate with banks to address import and other related queries.
. Follow up of agreements and payments.
· Responsible for vendor management by correspondence with import suppliers and local material suppliers for payments and reconciliations.
· Responsible for regulatory filings.
· Preparation of monthly closing schedules (excluding Receivables and Banks) including stock reports with aging, purchasing reports, revaluations reporting, etc..
· Assist FC in preparation of Annual Corporate Accounts.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
MBA in Finance / Qualified ACCA / CA – Partly Qualified / ACMA or Equivalent
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Accounts & Finance with a reputable company. Hands on experience of SAP (preferable) & MS Office.
𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:
· Strong MS Excel skills.
· Critical thinking and effective analytical skills.
· Ability to perform multiple tasks with deadlines.
· Hands-on experience of SAP and MS Office.
. Planning and organizing skills.
. Strong communication skills (spoken and written).
